Purpose

The Cabinet Member will consider the award of
contracts for Enforcement Agent services.

Decision

Summary of Decision: The Cabinet Member
for Finance and Council Reform has approved the award of five
concession contracts for the Enforcement Agent Servicefor the
period of five years.
 
Reasons for Decision: Concessionaire
services relate to the recovery of unpaid National Non-Domestic
Rates (NNDR) (including Business Improvement District levies),
Council Tax and sundry debts. The Council’s current
Enforcement Agent service contracts expire on 14 April 2026, and
continuation of the service is required.
