Decision Taken: The Cabinet Member for
Children and Public Protection:
Approved the procurement strategy in this
report to procure a new Open Framework for Children and Young
People’s Homecare, Passenger Assistants and Community Care
Services for a duration of a maximum of 8 years.
Delegated authority to the Executive Director
of Children’s Services, to award framework agreements to
providers following the initial procurement exercise for the Open
Framework and at each time that the Open Framework is subsequently
awarded.
Delegated authority to the Executive Director
of Children’s Services to award call-off contracts under each
iteration of the Open Framework.
Delegated authority to the Executive Director
of Children’s Services, to re-open the Open Framework on
substantially the same terms.
Approved the Council entering a Collaboration
Agreement with RBKC.
