introduction of a Selective Licensing Policy.

Decision

Summary of Decision: The Cabinet Member
for Regeneration and Renters has approved the publication of the
Council’s ‘Selective Licensing
Policy’ and a guidance document entitled
‘Standards for Rental Accommodation in
Westminster’.
 
Reasons for Decision: The publication
of these documents will coincide with the launch of
the Selective Licensing scheme, providing clear guidance on the
licensing process and helping to ensure rental accommodation
meets acceptable standards.
