To consider delegating authority for the
Executive Director of Housing and Commercial Partnerships to
consult with staff in Housing Assets, Investments and Standards on
proposals and implement a new structure following consultation.

Summary of Decision: The Cabinet Member
for Housing Services has delegated authority to the Executive Director
of Housing and Commercial Partnerships to consult with staff on
change proposals and implement the new structure following
consultation.
 
Reasons for Decision: The Housing
Assets, Investments, and Standards (AIS) service needs to change
the strategic management of assets and delivery of major works
in order to improve resident experience
and meet the Council’s commitments under the Fairer
Westminster Strategy.
