Decision Taken: The Cabinet Member for
Planning and Economic Development approved an NCIL application, the
details of which are exempt from disclosure by virtue of the Local
Government Act 1972, Schedule 12A Part 1.
 
 
 
Reasons for Decision: To ensure robust
and effective expenditure and reporting in line with the Planning
Act (2008) and the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2010
(as amended) and in accordance with the council’s strategic
priorities, the revised CIL Spending Policy Statement (2022), and
the council’s frameworks for resource allocation and
management.
