recommendations of the report to the vote and on a show of hands
declared the recommendations approved.
 
RESOLVED:
 
That Full Council
approved:
 
1)                
The dates of full Council Meetings, as follows: 17
June 2026, 16 September 2026, 11 November 2026, 20 January 2027, 3
March 2027, 12 May 2027 (Annual); and
 
2)                
The Programme of other formal Meetings set out in
Appendix A of the report.
 
Reasons for Decision:
 
The Programme of Meetings in
respect of Council meetings is a matter for the full Council to
agree.
