The Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care, Public Health and Voluntary Sector approved the procurement strategy for the Carers Hub Services. This decision was made on 19 November 2025. The strategy proposes an open tender process for a new contract commencing 1st April 2026 for an initial five-year period with two potential two-year extensions.
