The Executive Director of Regeneration, Economy and Planning approved the Council entering into a licence with private owners, tenants, and the Council's Contractor to deliver works on the Paddington – Bayswater Shopfront Improvements Scheme – Phase 1 on 21 May 2026. This decision allows the contractor permission to access private property to carry out the agreed shopfront improvements.
