The Executive Director for Environment and Communities approved the award of £3,776,428.99 of Carbon Offset funding to 38 projects through the Westminster Climate Fund Winter 25/26 funding round on 19/08/2026.

Debbie Jackson, Executive Director of Regeneration, Economy and Planning, approved entering into a licence for works for the Paddington – Bayswater Shopfront Improvements Scheme – Phase 1 on 21/05/2026. This includes a carbon offset contribution of £106,920, a biodiversity net gain land monitoring contribution of £8,108, and a Section 106 monitoring contribution of £5,000.

The Cabinet Member for Finance and Council Reform approved the procurement strategy for a sovereign Microsoft Enterprise Agreement with an estimated maximum value of £14,567,308 on 27/04/2026. This includes a waiver of the requirement for CGRB endorsement of the Procurement Strategy.

The Cabinet Member for Value for Money and Finance approved the principle of granting a commercial lease of 215 Vauxhall Bridge Road to Sandbox London Bridge Limited on 18/06/2026. This decision generates income for the Council's General Fund.
