The Cabinet Member for Adults and Health approved the award of a contract for Adults Advocacy Services for five years with an optional two-year extension. Authority was delegated to the Executive Director to extend the contract by a further two years, subject to consultation and performance targets being met.

The Cabinet Member for Value for Money and Finance approved the recommendations of the Crisis and Resilience Fund Housing Payment Advisory Review Panel. This decision will result in a Crisis and Resilience Fund Housing Payment award of £824.08.

The Executive Director – Environment & Communities, following consultation with the Executive Director of Finance & Resources, decided to rely on the mandatory Parent Company Guarantee for the Highways and Public Realm Contract and not require a Performance Bond. This decision was made on 23 June 2026.

The Cabinet Member for Adults and Health approved grant agreements totalling £2,969,279 for drug and alcohol treatment and recovery services over three years. They also approved entering into a Memorandum of Understanding for a Pan London Inpatient Detoxification Framework at a cost of £79,000 per annum. Authority was delegated to the Director of Public Health to agree annual allocations and finalise agreements.

The Cabinet Member for Value for Money and Finance approved recommendations from the Rating Advisory Panel regarding applications for Hardship and Discretionary relief from National Non-Domestic Rates. This decision will result in discretionary relief of £19,648.08.

The Cabinet Member for Value for Money & Finance approved the write-off of five individual debts exceeding £100,000 for Quarter 1 of 2026/27. Authority was delegated to the Director of Law for amounts under £100,000.
