The Cabinet Member for Value for Money and Finance approved the recommendations of the CRF Housing Payment Advisory Review Panel meeting of 9 June 2026. This decision was made on 13 July 2026. The approval will result in a Crisis and Resilience Fund Housing Payment award of £824.08.

Frances O'Rourke, Executive Director – Environment & Communities, decided on 23 June 2026 to rely on the mandatory Parent Company Guarantee and not require a Performance Bond for the Highways and Public Realm Contract. Gerald Almeroth, Executive Director – Finance Resources, also signed this decision.

The Cabinet Member for Adults and Health approved proposed grants totalling £2,969,279 and entering into a Memorandum of Understanding for a Pan London Inpatient Detoxification Framework at a cost of £79,000 per annum. This decision was made in May 2026. Authority was delegated to the Director of Public Health to agree annual allocations.
