The Cabinet Member for Value for Money and Finance approved the recommendations of the Rating Advisory Panel held on 16th June 2026. The decision was made on 24th July 2026. The approved recommendations included discretionary relief of £19,648.08.

Full Council agreed to establish Standing Committees and approved their Terms of Reference and the proportional allocation of seats on these committees on 20th May 2026. The Chief Executive noted the Members appointed to the Standing Committees.

The Executive Director of Regeneration, Economy & Planning approved the appropriation of Council land at 45 Kilburn Park Road from planning purposes to housing purposes on 22nd May 2026. This included transferring the land from the General Fund account to the Housing Revenue Account at its current Red Book value.
