Authority was delegated to the Director of Corporate Property to approve minor amendments to the heads of terms and associated legal documentation.

The Cabinet Member for Value for Money & Finance approved the write-off of debts over £100k for Quarter 4 of 2025/26 on 03 June 2026. Authority was delegated to the Director of Law for amounts under £100,000.

Bernie Flaherty, Deputy Chief Executive WCC and Bi-Borough Executive Director of Adult Social Care and Health, approved the award of a contract for GUM and sexual health services to Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Hospital Foundation Trust on 30 July 2025. This contract is for an initial period of two years with two optional extensions of two years each.

Debbie Jackson, Executive Director of Regeneration, Economy & Planning, approved the appropriation of Council land at 45 Kilburn Park Road for housing purposes on 22 May 2026. This involved transferring the land from the General Fund account to the Housing Revenue Account at the current Red Book value.
