The Cabinet Member for Finance and Council Reform approved the recommendations of the Discretionary Housing Payment Review Advisory Panel on 7 May 2026. This decision relates to the review of decisions made in respect of claims for discretionary housing payment, now replaced by Housing Payments from the Crisis and Resilience Fund. The decision includes CRF Housing Payment awards of up to £4,008.68 and £5,520.32.

The Executive Director of Regeneration, Economy & Planning approved entering into deeds of release and paying compensation, surveying costs, and legal costs on 22 May 2026. This decision is to obtain the release of rights to light from legal proprietors of affected properties for the Carlton Dene development.
