The Cabinet Member for Finance and Council Reform approved the recommendations of the Discretionary Housing Payment Review Advisory Panel on 7 May 2026. This decision relates to the review of claims for discretionary housing payments, which have been replaced by Housing Payments from the Crisis and Resilience Fund. Gerald Almeroth, Executive Director of Finance and Resources, consented to the preparation of a new lease for a retail unit at 91 Tachbrook Street on 7 May 2026. This decision was made under delegated officer powers to enable the completion of a new lease upon expiry of the existing one. The renewal of the lease will provide continued income for the Council's Housing Revenue Account.

The Cabinet Member for City Management approved the award of three concession contracts for the Parking Debt Management Service on 3 September 2026. These contracts will be awarded to CDER Group Limited, Marston (Holdings) Limited, and Newlyn PLC for an initial term of four years, with an option to extend. The service supports the Council's statutory enforcement process for unpaid Penalty Charge Notices.
