The Deputy Chief Executive and Bi-borough Executive Director of Adult Social Care and Public Health approved the contract award to the Health Education Partnership Ltd for the Delivery of the Healthy Schools, Healthy Early Years and Domestic Abuse Prevention Programme in Schools on 21 May 2026. Authority was delegated to the Director of Public Health to extend the contract by two years, subject to performance targets. The contract is for up to seven years with a total cost of £1.05m (excluding VAT).

The Executive Director of Finance Resources approved granting a licence to occupy part of the lower ground floor of Pimlico Library to a licensee for a Library of Things on 28 May 2026. This licence will support the range of services delivered at the site.
