The Cabinet Member for Adults and Health approved the award of a contract for the provision of Adults Advocacy Services to a successful bidder for five years with an optional two-year extension. The Cabinet Member also approved delegating authority to the Executive Director to extend the contract by a further two years, following consultation and confirmation of key performance targets.

The Cabinet Member for Value for Money and Finance approved the award of a works contract to Borras Construction Ltd for the refurbishment and new-build extension works at Queen's Park Family Hub for £3,688,228.99 excluding VAT. Authority was delegated to the Executive Director for Finance & Resources to approve use of contingency and variations to the contract.

The Cabinet Member for Adults and Health approved the award of a contract to Carers Network Westminster for the provision of the Westminster Carers Service for five years with two optional two-year extensions, with a total potential value of £3,605,744. The decision also approved expenditure of £3,605,744 over the full potential term.

The Executive Director of Regeneration, Economy & Planning granted authority to enter into the S106 Unilateral Undertaking for the development of Hopkinson House to provide 31 self-contained residential units as Stage 2 Temporary Accommodation. This undertaking secures planning obligations including financial contributions of £106,920 for carbon offset, £8,108 for biodiversity net gain land monitoring, and £5,000 for Section 106 monitoring, along with legal costs.
