The Executive Director of Regeneration, Economy and Planning approved the award of two Media Buying Services contracts to ThinkBDW Limited for Ebury Phase 2 and 291 Harrow Road on 05/08/2026. These contracts will support sales and marketing strategies for both developments.

The Bi-borough Director of Public Health approved a contract variation to Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust's contract for Oral Health Promotion on 8th April 2026. This variation increases the contract value by £37,950.86 to continue supervised toothbrushing training services.

The Director of Law (Monitoring Officer) granted a dispensation on 3 June 2026 to all elected Members of Westminster City Council. This allows them to participate in discussions and vote on councillor pension arrangements despite any disclosable pecuniary interest.

The Deputy Chief Executive and Bi-borough Executive Director of Adult Social Care and Health approved decisions on 24 November 2025 regarding the Healthy Communities Fund. These decisions include increasing grant amounts for VCS partners, procuring a partner for programme development, and allocating funds for evaluation.

The Executive Director – Environment & Communities approved on 23 June 2026 that the Council will rely on the mandatory Parent Company Guarantee for the Highways and Public Realm Contract and will not require a Performance Bond. This decision was made in consultation with the Executive Director of Finance & Resources.
