The Cabinet Member for Value for Money and Finance approved the extension of commercial credit and debit card recharges to all applicable council services on 17 September 2026. This decision allows the council to recover transaction costs from payers using commercial cards. The recharge rate will be based on the average actual commercial card processing costs and reviewed annually.
