The Executive Director of Regeneration, Economy and Planning approved the appointment of Mitre Construction Company Limited for urgent interim remedial and temporary protection works, and the completion of outstanding works on six businesses as part of the Paddington – Bayswater Shopfronts Improvement Scheme on 01/05/2026. This includes a contract value of up to £84,000 by letter of intent and up to £160,000 by JCT intermediate building contract.

The Executive Director of Finance and Resources approved the award of a contract to Ricoh UK Ltd for offsite archive storage and scanning for an estimated value of £477,937.30 over 29 months, commencing 23 April 2026.

The Cabinet Member for Finance and Council Reform approved the recommendations of the Discretionary Housing Payment Review Advisory Panel meeting of 26 March 2026 on 23 April 2026. This includes a CRF Housing Payment award of up to £7,535.84.

The Cabinet Member for Value for Money and Finance approved the sale and marketing of data for a Rateable Advertising Solution to other local authorities on 7 July 2026. This includes approving the fee structure and delegating authority to the Executive Director of Finance and Resources to enter into necessary legal agreements.
