The Cabinet Member for Value for Money and Finance approved the principle of granting a commercial lease for 215 Vauxhall Bridge Road to Sandbox London Bridge Limited on 18 June 2026. Authority was delegated to the Director of Corporate Property to approve minor amendments to the heads of terms and the granting of the lease.

The Cabinet Member for Finance and Council Reform approved the appropriation of 27 social rent units in West End Gate Block H from the general fund to the Housing Revenue Account on 6 May 2026. Authority was delegated to the Executive Director for Regeneration, Economy and Planning to record the appropriation and make necessary accounting adjustments.

The Cabinet Member for Resident Services and Civic Pride approved the nomination for a Westminster Commemorative Green Plaque for Charles Amherst Villiers at 22 Farm Street on 28 July 2026. The plaque will be funded by external sponsorship.

The Executive Director of Finance and Resources approved the award of a £650,000 grant to North Paddington Food Bank on 17 July 2026 to deliver the Westminster Crisis Payment Scheme. Authority was delegated to the Financial Inclusion Lead to approve minor operational amendments to the scheme documentation.
