The Cabinet Member for Adults and Health approved grants totalling £2,969,279 for drug and alcohol treatment for three years from 17/07/2026. The Cabinet Member also approved entering into a Memorandum of Understanding for a Pan London Inpatient Detoxification Framework at a cost of £79,000 per annum. Authority was delegated to the Director of Public Health to agree annual allocations and engage new specialist providers.

The Executive Director of Finance and Resources approved the grant of a Tenancy at Will to the tenant of 110 Alderney Street on 06/05/26. This allows the tenant to remain in occupation while an extension of the commissioning contract is considered.

Bernie Flaherty, Deputy Chief Executive and Bi-Borough Executive Director of Adult Social Care and Health, approved the award of a contract for GUM and sexual health services to Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Hospital Foundation Trust on 30/07/2025. This contract is for an initial period of two years with two optional extensions of two years each.

The Cabinet Member for Housing and Regeneration approved remedial works for Beachcroft Care Home on August 2026. This includes appointing Logan Construction for defect remediation works totalling £1,994,000 and for lower ground floor remedial works in a sum of up to £1,356,000. The Cabinet Member also approved expenditure drawdown of £4.470m from central contingency to cover these costs.
