The Cabinet Member for Children and Education approved the award of strategic consultancy contracts for the Bi-borough Schools Capital Programme to AtkinsRealis UK Limited, Gardiner & Theobald LLP, and Pick Everard on 2 September 2026. The decision includes an inter-authority agreement for RBKC to access the contracts and delegated authority for contract management and extensions.

Bernie Flaherty, Deputy Chief Executive and Bi-borough Executive Director of Adult Social Care and Health, approved a direct award of a 12-month contract to Learning Disability Network London Limited for the continued delivery of the Enablement Hub Pilot on 28 April 2026. This includes a waiver of the Council's Procurement Code to permit the direct award without competition.
