The Executive Director of Regeneration, Economy and Planning approved the Council entering into a licence with private owners, tenants, undertenants, and a contractor for works on the Paddington – Bayswater Shopfronts Improvement Scheme on 21/05/2026. This includes awarding the construction contract to Mitre Construction Company Limited for works on six businesses.

The Executive Director of Finance and Resources approved the Council entering into a Licence to Assign and associated legal documents for Unit 2, 28 Circus Road on 15/04/2026. This includes a Licence for Alterations and a Rent Deposit Deed with the tenant.

The Cabinet Member for Finance and Council Reform approved the appropriation of 27 Social Rent Units within West End Gate Block H from the general fund to the Housing Revenue Account on 6 May 2026. Authority was delegated to the Executive Director for Regeneration, Economy and Planning to manage the recording of this appropriation and necessary accounting adjustments.

The Executive Director of Regeneration, Economy & Planning granted authority to enter into the S106 Unilateral Undertaking for the development of Hopkinson House on 21/05/2026. This secures planning obligations for 31 residential units, including financial contributions for carbon offset, biodiversity net gain monitoring, and Section 106 monitoring.
