The Cabinet Member for Growth and Planning approved the re-designation of the Marylebone Neighbourhood Forum for a further five years on 16 July 2026. The Director of Policy and Strategy was authorised to formally publish a designation notice.

The Cabinet approved the budget process approach for medium term financial planning on 13 July 2026. This included noting the revised financial forecast to 2030/31 and approving a proposal for budget engagement with residents and stakeholders.

The Cabinet Member for Value for Money and Finance approved a one-year call-off contract award to Vital Energi Utilities Limited for up to £4 million on 21 July 2026. This contract is to continue the delivery of the Carbon Management Programme. The Executive Director of Finance & Resources was delegated authority to approve and authorise all orders raised under the contract.

The Cabinet Member for Adults and Health approved grants totalling £2,969,279 and the Council entering into a Memorandum of Understanding for a Pan London Detoxification Framework at a cost of £79,000 per annum on May 2026. The Director of Public Health was delegated authority to agree and finalise annual allocations with OHID and providers.
