The Executive Director of Finance and Resources approved a £650,000 grant to North Paddington Food Bank for the Westminster Crisis Payment Scheme in 2026/27 and authorised the associated Grant Agreement.

The Executive Director of Finance and Resources approved the grant of a Tenancy at Will for 110 Alderney Street. This allows the tenant to remain in occupation while an extension of the commissioning contract is considered.

Bernie Flaherty, Deputy Chief Executive and Bi-borough Executive Director of Adult Social Care and Health, approved an increase of approximately £470,000 to the training and development fund for VCS partners to deliver a 'Healthy Hearts' developmental opportunity. An additional £70,000 was allocated to procure a partner to support the co-design and development of the programme, and £30,000 for evaluation.

The Cabinet Member for Children and Education approved the withdrawal of the Key Stage 3 Westminster resident pupil meal offer from September 2026. This aligns local provision with expanded national Free School Meal eligibility.

The contract is valued at £3,458,183 and covers the works period and new buildings for up to 13 years.
