Bernie Flaherty, Deputy Chief Executive and Bi-borough Executive Director of Adult Social Care and Health, approved an increase of approximately £470,000 to the training and development fund for voluntary and community sector partners to deliver a 'Healthy Hearts' developmental opportunity, allocated £70,000 to procure a partner to support the co-design and development of the Healthy Hearts Programme, and allocated £30,000 for the process and impact evaluation of the fund on 24 November 2025.
