The Cabinet Member authorised officers to undertake further steps necessary to implement this recommendation.

The Cabinet Member for Finance and Council Reform approved the Council entering into a sovereign Microsoft Enterprise Agreement and its associated procurement strategy on 27 April 2026. This decision approves a maximum expenditure of £14,567,308 over five years. The Cabinet Member also approved the transition of all Westminster Microsoft licensing and support services into the new agreement and waived the requirement for CGRB endorsement of the Procurement Strategy.
