The Cabinet Member for Growth and Planning approved the Notting Hill East Neighbourhood Plan, as modified, to proceed to local referendum on 16 July 2026. The Cabinet Member also agreed that the referendum area be restricted to the Notting Hill East Neighbourhood Area and authorised the Director of Policy and Strategy to publish an Adoption Statement and formally adopt the plan in the event of a positive referendum result.

The Cabinet Member for Finance and Council Reform approved the recommendations of the Rating Advisory Panel held on 21 April 2026, determining applications for National Non-Domestic Rates Discretionary and Hardship relief. This decision resulted in discretionary relief of £192,229.19.

The Cabinet Member for Finance and Council Reform approved the Council entering into a sovereign Microsoft Enterprise Agreement, replacing the existing arrangement. This decision also approved the procurement strategy for this agreement with an estimated maximum value of £14,567,308 over five years. The Cabinet Member approved the transition of all Westminster Microsoft licensing, support services, and associated contractual responsibilities into the new agreement and waived the requirement for CGRB endorsement of the Procurement Strategy.
