The Cabinet Member for Growth and Planning approved the re-designation of the Marylebone Neighbourhood Forum for a further five years. The Director of Policy and Strategy was authorised to formally publish a designation notice.

The Cabinet Member for Housing Services approved the modification and extension of contracts for the Mental Health Supported Accommodation Pathway for a further 12 months. This extension, from 1 May 2026 to 30 April 2027, covers four clusters and involves a total value of £3,432,520.

The Cabinet Member for Economic Development & Planning approved the Knightsbridge Partnership Occupier BID Renewal and Alteration Proposal 2026-2031. They also requested the Chief Executive to hold a ballot for this proposal and approved entering into legal agreements for BID levy collection.

The Cabinet Member for Finance and Council Reform approved the Council entering into a sovereign Microsoft Enterprise Agreement. They also approved the procurement strategy for this agreement with an estimated maximum value of £14,567,308 over five years.
