The Cabinet Member for Growth and Planning approved the Notting Hill East Neighbourhood Plan to proceed to local referendum on 16/07/2026. The decision maker also agreed that the referendum area be restricted to the Notting Hill East Neighbourhood Area and authorised the Director of Policy and Strategy to publish an Adoption Statement and formally adopt the plan in the event of a positive referendum result.

The Executive Director of Finance Resources approved the granting of a licence to occupy part of the lower ground floor of Pimlico Library to a licensee on 28/05/2026. This licence will support the range of services delivered at the site and regularises the licensee's occupation.

The Cabinet Member for Value for Money & Finance approved the write-off of 22 debts greater than £100,000 on 03 June 2026. These debts are for NNDR and Housing Benefit overpayments.

The Executive Director of Regeneration, Economy & Planning approved the appropriation of Council land at 45 Kilburn Park Road for housing purposes on 22/05/2026. This involves transferring the land from the General Fund account to the Housing Revenue Account.

The Executive Director of Finance and Resources approved the award of a £650,000 grant to North Paddington Food Bank to deliver the Westminster Crisis Payment Scheme on 17 July 2026. The decision maker also approved the execution of a Grant Agreement and delegated authority for minor operational amendments.
