The Cabinet Member for Value for Money and Finance approved an additional budget of £7.970m for the Mandela Way waste service depot electrification project on 26/08/2026. The Council will now proceed to appoint a works contractor for the project.

Gerald Almeroth, Executive Director of Finance and Resources, approved granting a licence to occupy part of the lower ground floor of Pimlico Library to a licensee on 28/05/2026. This licence will support the range of services delivered at the site.

The Cabinet Member for Housing and Regeneration approved awarding a contract for Roaming Security and Ad Hoc Waking Watch Services to The Way Forward Ltd on June 2026. The contract is for an initial period of two years with an option to extend for a further year.

The Cabinet Member for Value for Money and Finance approved the write-off of 22 debts greater than £100,000 for Quarter 4 of 2025/26 on 03 June 2026. All other avenues for debt recovery had been exhausted.

Debbie Jackson, Executive Director of Regeneration, Economy & Planning, approved the appropriation of Council land at 45 Kilburn Park Road for housing purposes on 22/05/2026. The land will be transferred from the General Fund account to the Housing Revenue Account.

Gerald Almeroth, Executive Director of Finance and Resources, approved a grant of £650,000 to North Paddington Food Bank on 17 July 2026 to deliver the Westminster Crisis Payment Scheme during 2026/27. The grant will be funded from the approved Crisis and Resilience Fund budget.
