The Cabinet Member for Growth and Planning approved the revised Statement of Licensing Policy for council consideration on 15/09/2026. Authority was delegated to the Director of Public Protection and Licensing to update and maintain the Good Operator Guidance.

The Cabinet Member for Housing Services approved contract modifications for the Mental Health Supported Accommodation Pathway on 31 March 2026. This extends existing contracts for 12 months to retain current providers across four clusters.

The Cabinet Member for Children and Public Protection approved a procurement strategy for Bi-borough Special Educational Needs and Virtual School tuition services on 23 April 2026. This will establish a four-year framework through an open tender procedure.

The Cabinet Member for Housing and Regeneration approved the award of a contract for Roaming Security and Ad-Hoc Waking Watch Services to The Way Forward Ltd in June 2026. The contract is for an initial two-year period with an option for a further year.

The Cabinet Member for Value for Money and Finance approved the award of a works contract to Borras Construction Ltd for the Queen's Park Family Hub construction on 7 August 2026. The contract is for refurbishment and new-build extension works.
