The Cabinet Member for Value for Money and Finance approved the award of a works contract to Borras Construction Ltd for refurbishment and new-build extension works at Queen's Park Family Hub on July 2026. The contract value is £3,688,228.99 excluding VAT and £4,425,874.79 including VAT for the period 1 August 2026 to 1 September 2027. The Executive Director of Finance and Resources approved the award of a grant of £650,000 to North Paddington Food Bank to deliver the Westminster Crisis Payment Scheme during 2026/27 on 17 July 2026.
