The Cabinet Member for Adults and Health approved the award of a contract for Adults Advocacy Services on 19 August 2026. The contract is for five years with an option to extend for two years.

Bernie Flaherty, Deputy Chief Executive and Bi-borough Executive Director of Adult Social Care and Health, approved the allocation of £470,000 for a 'Healthy Hearts' developmental opportunity, £70,000 to procure a partner for programme co-design, and £30,000 for evaluation on 24 November 2025. These funds are to strengthen and develop voluntary and community sector partners to deliver health interventions.

Councillor Paul Fisher, Cabinet Member for Value for Money and Finance, approved the granting of a 99-year lease for a substation at Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee School on 18 June 2026. The lease is to Vital Energi Power Networks Limited for the construction of an electricity substation to support new heat pumps.

Debbie Jackson, Executive Director of Regeneration, Economy & Planning, granted authority to enter into a Section 106 Unilateral Undertaking for the development of Hopkinson House on 21 May 2026. This secures planning obligations for 31 residential units, including financial contributions for carbon offset and biodiversity net gain.

Debbie Jackson, Executive Director of Regeneration, Economy & Planning, approved a Deed of Release of Right to Light on 3 June 2026. This settlement with the proprietor of Flat A, 1 Ebury Bridge Road, releases their right to light in exchange for compensation to facilitate the Ebury Bridge Estate Renewal project.

Bernie Flaherty, Executive Director of Adult Social Care and Public Health, approved a 12-month direct award contract to Learning Disability Network London Limited for the continued delivery of the Enablement Hub Pilot on 28 April 2026. This decision waives the Council's Procurement Code to permit the direct award without competition.
