The Cabinet Member for Resident Services and Civic Pride approved the Council's 100% contribution of the annual rent to Queen’s Park Community Council for a 5-year lease at the Beethoven Community Centre, subject to its acquisition by the Council. This decision was made on 15/07/2026.

Frances O'Rourke, Executive Director – Environment & Communities, decided on 23 June 2026 to rely on the mandatory Parent Company Guarantee and not require a Performance Bond for the Highways and Public Realm Contract. This decision was made following consultation with the Executive Director of Finance & Resources.

Bernie Flaherty, Deputy Chief Executive and Bi-borough Executive Director of Adult Social Care and Health, decided in November 2025 to increase the grant amount for the Healthy Communities Fund by approximately £470,000 for a 'Healthy Hearts' developmental opportunity. This decision also allocates £70,000 to procure a partner for programme development and £30,000 for evaluation.

Debbie Jackson, Executive Director of Regeneration, Economy & Planning, approved the appropriation of Council land at 45 Kilburn Park Road for housing purposes on 22nd May 2026. This involved transferring the land from the General Fund account to the Housing Revenue Account at its current Red Book value.
