The Executive Director of Regeneration, Economy & Planning approved the appropriation of council land at 45 Kilburn Park Road from planning to housing purposes on 22/05/2026. This decision authorises the transfer of land from the General Fund to the Housing Revenue Account at the current Red Book value to support new social rent and Extra Care homes.

The Executive Director – Environment & Communities decided on 23 June 2026 to rely on the mandatory Parent Company Guarantee and not require a Performance Bond for the Highways and Public Realm Contract. This decision was made following consultation with the Executive Director of Finance & Resources.

The Deputy Chief Executive and Bi-borough Executive Director of Adult Social Care and Health approved on 24 November 2025 the reallocation of funds within the Healthy Communities Fund. This includes increasing grant amounts for VCS partners to deliver a 'Healthy Hearts' developmental opportunity, procuring a partner for programme support, and allocating funds for evaluation.
