Bernie Flaherty, Bi-Borough Executive Director of Adult Social Care and Public Health, approved the direct award of a contract for Telecare Monitoring Services to Taking Care Personal Alarms for 24+12 months from 16 April 2026. This included a waiver of the requirement for a minimum of five suppliers to be invited to bid.

The Cabinet Member for Adult and Health approved the direct award of a contract for Carers Hub Services to Carers Network Westminster for 18 months from 1 May 2025 to 31 August 2026. This decision was made under the urgency grounds of the Procurement Act 2023.

Frances O'Rourke, Executive Director of Environment, approved the award of £3,776,428.99 of Carbon Offset funding to 38 projects through the Westminster Climate Fund Winter 25/26 funding round on 4 August 2026.
