The Cabinet Member for Children and Education approved the award of contracts for strategic consultants to AtkinsRealis UK Limited, Gardiner & Theobald LLP, and Pick Everard on 2 September 2026. These contracts are for the Bi-borough Schools Capital Programme and will run for an initial two years with an option to extend for up to two further one-year periods. The decision delegates authority to the Executive Director of Children's Services to award individual orders under £1.5m and to authorise contract extensions.
