The Executive Director of Finance and Resources approved a £650,000 grant to North Paddington Food Bank for the Westminster Crisis Payment Scheme during 2026/27. The decision maker also authorised the execution of the associated Grant Agreement. The Financial Inclusion Lead was delegated authority to approve minor operational amendments to the scheme documentation.
