The Executive Director for Environment and Communities decided on 23/06/2026 to rely on the mandatory Parent Company Guarantee and not require a Performance Bond for the Highways and Public Realm Contract. This decision was made following consultation with the Executive Director of Finance & Resources.

The Executive Director of Regeneration, Economy and Planning, Debbie Jackson, decided on 21/05/2026 to approve the Council entering into a licence with private owners, tenants, and the Council's Contractor for the Paddington – Bayswater Shopfronts Improvement Scheme. This licence is required to permit the Council and its contractor to carry out works on privately owned shopfronts.

The Executive Director of Regeneration, Economy & Planning, Debbie Jackson, decided on 22/05/2026 to approve the appropriation of the Council's land at 45 Kilburn Park Road from planning purposes to housing purposes. This involves transferring the land from the General Fund account to the Housing Revenue Account at its current Red Book value.
