The Executive Director for Regeneration, Economy and Planning, Debbie Jackson, approved on 01/05/2026 the appointment of Mitre Construction Company Limited for urgent remedial and outstanding works on six shopfronts. This includes a letter of intent for up to £84,000 and a JCT intermediate building contract for up to £160,000, subject to review of design, scope, and costs.

The Cabinet Member for Adults and Health approved in May 2026 the use of Public Health Grant funding for dedicated elements for rough sleepers and housing support totalling £2,969,279 between 2026-27 and 2028-29, and participation in a Pan London Detoxification Framework at £79,000 per annum. This includes delegation to the Director of Public Health to finalise annual allocations and reprofile funding.
