The Cabinet Member for Value for Money and Finance approved the recommendations of the Rating Advisory Panel regarding applications for Hardship and Discretionary relief from National Non-Domestic Rates. The Cabinet Member for City Management approved the Council's continued participation in the London multi-Borough rental e-scooter trial until May 2028 and delegated authority to the Director of Strategic Transport and Connectivity to agree the extension and enter into necessary legal agreements. The Cabinet Member for Value for Money and Finance approved the extension of commercial credit/debit card transaction fee recovery to all applicable Council services and approved the charge to be based on the average actual commercial card processing costs. The Cabinet Member for Resident Services and Civic Pride approved the nomination and placement of a Westminster Commemorative Green Plaque for Angelica Kauffman RA at 16 Golden Square. The Cabinet Member for Value for Money and Finance approved the award of a works contract to Borras Construction Ltd for the refurbishment and new-build extension works at Queen's Park Family Hub.
