The Executive Director of Regeneration, Economy and Planning approved the award of a contract to Lucion Delta-Simons Limited for geotechnical survey services for the Lisson Grove Programme on 17 August 2026.

The Cabinet Member for Growth and Planning re-designated the Marylebone Neighbourhood Forum for a further five years on 16 July 2026 and authorised the Director of Policy and Strategy to publish a designation notice.

The Cabinet Member for Value for Money and Finance approved recommendations from the Crisis and Resilience Fund Housing Payment Advisory Review Panel on 13 July 2026 and 23 July 2026, and approved revised budgets for the Crisis and Resilience Fund on 4 August 2026. The Cabinet Member for Value for Money and Finance also approved entering into a new lease and associated documents with St Vincent's Catholic School on 2 July 2026.
