The Cabinet Member for Value for Money and Finance approved the grant of a 20-year license to Wildstone Estates Ltd to operate the digital screen at Paddington Tower on 15 October 2026. Wildstone Estates Ltd will purchase and install a new screen, and will be responsible for its maintenance and operational costs.

The Cabinet Member for Adults and Health approved the award of a contract to Carers Network Westminster for the provision of the Westminster Carers Service for an initial five-year period from 1 September 2026, with options to extend for a further four years, on 6 August 2026. The contract value is up to £3.606m over the full potential term.

The Cabinet Member for Value for Money and Finance approved recommendations from the Rating Advisory Panel on 23 July 2026. The Rating Advisory Panel considered applications for National Non-Domestic Rates Discretionary and Hardship relief.

Bernie Flaherty, Executive Director of Adults and Health, approved a 12-month extension and a further 4-month modification for the Digital Key Safe Service with Keynetics Limited on 24 September 2026. This ensures service continuity for vulnerable residents while the future delivery model is reviewed.
