The Cabinet Member for Value for Money and Finance approved the extension of commercial credit/debit card recharges to all relevant council services processing payments through HeyCentric. The decision was made on 17 September 2026. The recharge will be based on the average actual commercial card processing costs and reviewed annually by the Executive Director of Finance.

The Executive Director of Environment and Communities agreed to proposed amendments to the rates for the Highways and Public Realm Contract with FM Conway Limited on 09 June 2026. This decision allows the Council to enter into the contract based on the revised rates.

The Cabinet Member for Value for Money and Finance approved entering into a new lease and associated documents with St Vincent's Catholic School on 02 July 2026. This secures the continuation of school places and enables the school to convert to an academy.

The Cabinet Member for Housing and Regeneration approved the award of a contract for Roaming Security and Ad Hoc Waking Watch Services to The Way Forward Ltd on 25 June 2026. The contract is for an initial period of two years with an option to extend for a further year.

The Executive Director of Regeneration, Economy & Planning approved the appropriation of council land at 45 Kilburn Park Road from planning purposes to housing purposes on 22 May 2026. This allows the land to be used for the construction of homes and transferred to the Housing Revenue Account.
