The Cabinet Member for Housing and Regeneration approved remedial works for Beachcroft Care Home on 18 August 2026. This included appointing Logan Construction for defect remediation and flood damage repairs, and Atkins Realis for project management and surveying services. The decision also approved expenditure for legal costs and consultancy support.

The Deputy Chief Executive and Bi-borough Executive Director of Adult Social Care and Health approved an increase to the Healthy Communities Fund grant on 24 November 2025. This will provide additional capacity for voluntary and community sector partners to deliver health interventions, procure a partner for programme development, and fund evaluation of the fund.

The Executive Director of Finance and Resources approved a grant of £650,000 to North Paddington Food Bank on 17 July 2026. This grant is to deliver the Westminster Crisis Payment Scheme during 2026/27.

The Executive Director of Regeneration, Economy & Planning approved the appropriation of council land at 45 Kilburn Park Road for housing purposes on 22 May 2026. This transfers the land from the General Fund to the Housing Revenue Account at its current Red Book value.
