Gerald Almeroth, Executive Director of Finance and Resources, approved the award of a £650,000 grant to North Paddington Food Bank on 17/07/2026. This grant is to deliver the Westminster Crisis Payment Scheme during 2026/27. Authority was delegated to the Financial Inclusion Lead to approve minor operational amendments to the scheme.
