Decision Taken: The Executive Director of Regeneration, Economy & Planning has approved the termination of the appointment of John Rowan & Partners LLP / Bellrock as Cost Consultant for the Hopkinson House project at the conclusion of RIBA Stage 3, and the cessation of services for RIBA Stages 4–7 under the existing appointment. Authority has also been delegated to officers to implement all necessary actions to close out the appointment and procure replacement cost consultancy services, ensuring continued commercial oversight, cost assurance and effective delivery of the next phase of the project.
