The Cabinet Member for City Management decided to approve the appointment of Rock Power Connections Ltd as the Independent Connections Provider for Ebury Phase 2. This decision was made on 22/05/2026 to design, supply, install, test and commission the high-voltage electrical connection and substation infrastructure.
