The Deputy Chief Executive and Bi-borough Executive Director of Adult Social Care and Public Health approved the direct award of a contract for the provision of personal alarms on 18 March 2026. The decision approved the direct award of a contract for Telecare Monitoring Services to Taking Care Personal Alarms for 24 months with a 12-month extension option. This included a waiver of the requirement for a minimum of five suppliers to be invited to bid.
