Approved the debts over £100k as set out in section 5 for
write off, having taken all appropriate action, and

Noted the amounts written off under officer delegated authority, as
shown in paragraph 6.4.
 
Reasons for
Decision 
The recommendation to write-off
the amounts detailed in this report is proposed as all other
avenues available to the Council for the recovery of these debts
have been exhausted, including, where appropriate, the issue of
court and distress proceedings.
