Decision
The Executive Director for Finance and
Resources has delegated authority to the Director of Property, in
consultation with the Executive Director of Finance and the
Director of Law to approve the Council entering into a new lease
and any ancillary legal agreements.
 
Reasons for
Decision
The disposal is recommended, as the granting
of the lease supports maintaining a valuable income that supports
the General Fund and the terms negotiated provide the optimum
social value and financial outcome for the Council.
