Purpose

The
report summarises the Council’s 2023/24 yearend financial
position and requests approval for unspent capital budgets to be
reprofiled into future years. It also sets
out the draft financial statements for
2023/24. 

Decision

Cabinet noted the revenue outturn position for
2023/24 and approved the reprofiling from the 2023/24 capital
programme into future years as set out in Appendix 1 (GF) and
Appendix 2 (HRA).
 
Reasons for Decision:
This is an annual reporting setting out an
updated position on the Council’s budget.
