park, Car Park, Park Ln, London W1K 7AN.
 
Reasons for decision: Delegated
authority is required for the approval of the renewal of the
underlease. Westminster City Council holds a lease with Q Park for
the car park, for which the Department for Transport is the
freeholder. Approval is required for Q Park to renew their sublet
with Enterprise Cars in accordance with the terms of Q Park’s
lease and Westminster’s headlease with the Department for
Transport.
