This decision grants authority to launch
procurement of a multi-disciplinary consultancy team for the
redevelopment of Hopkinson House, consisting of the procurement of
the following:
 
- Architect
- Cost consultant
- Project Manager with additional
services.
 
The final approval to enter into the three
contracts, following this procurement process, will seek a decision
under the required governance and approval route.
 
 
Reason for Decision:
 
To enable the procurement of a
multi-disciplinary consultancy team for the redevelopment of
Hopkinson House.
